LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that the following application has been submitted to Hambleton District Council in accordance with the above Act: 1. Name of Applicant: Twisted Property Ltd 2. Postal address of premises: 38 Long Street, Thirsk, YO7 1AW. 3. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment. 4. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Rotary Way, Northallerton DL6 2UU. 5. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the Council by not later than 19th January 2021. 6. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
