Dangerous Substances in Harbour Areas Regulations 1987

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Port of Tilbury London Limited has applied to the Health and Safety Executive for a variation to a licence to handle certain explosives under Regulation 35 at the Port of Tilbury.

A copy of the draft licence is available for viewing at the Tilbury Library between the hours of 10.00am – 1.00pm and 2.00pm – 5.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Any person or persons who wishes to object to, or comment on, application shall send a written statement of their objections to, or comments to:
