Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013
Pre-application consultation on behalf of Crematoria Management Ltd. Proposed crematorium and associated development, access and parking, garden of remembrance, areas for the interment of cremated remains at Old Craighall, Musselburgh.
The Applicant has put in place the following pre-application consultation arrangements:

* Representatives of the Applicant will be available to discuss the proposals via an online web-based chat which can be accessed at

on Thursday 14 January 2021 between 3.00pm and 7.00pm.

* Comments on the proposed development can be made using the consultation response feedback form available at

www.holderplannning.com

. Comments should be submitted by 11 February 2021.

* Persons wishing to ask questions or seek clarification on matters regarding the proposed development can do so by addressing their questions or points for clarification to the Applicant via the contact details set out below, no later than 28 January 2021. The Applicant will respond to all questions and requests for clarification by 4 February 2021. Thereafter persons wishing to submit final comments are required to do so by 11 February 2021.

Comments should not be made to East Lothian Council. Any comments made to the prospective application are not comments to the planning authority.
