LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
Notice Is hereby given that Nlman Hoxhia, lllyrian Grill House has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Enfield for a Premises Licence to permit: Restaurant running from 06:00-00:00, late night refreshments 23:00-05:00. Supply of alcohol 11:00am-00:00. Non-standard timings extend due to celebrations, Christmas, new years etc. for the premises, lllyrian Grill House situated at 55 Green Lanes, Palmers Green N13 4TD. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence.
