PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of late of JEAN PEACOCK late of The Bungalow, Back Lane, Cracoe, Skipton, BD23 6LF, who died on the 4 day of November, 2019, and whose will was proved at the Brighton District Probate registry on the 25 day of September by Andrew David Carr one of the Executors named in the said Will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Executor on or before the 9 day of March 2021 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claim and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
