Mr R Kajendiran has applied to Blackburn with Darwen Council to extend the terminal hour for alcohol sales (off licence) until 2300 hours daily at RT Multi Shop, 341 Old Preston Road, Blackburn BB2 5LJ. The application can be viewed at the above offices (by prior appointment-call 01254-267666) Mon- Fri or on the Council's website www.blackburn.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.
