Notice of Cancellation pursuant to section 5 of the Act
Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, this day cancelled the registration of East Durham Homes Limited (Register no. 70451 the registered office of which is at 2 Meridian Court, Whitehouse Business Park; Peterlee, County Durham, SR8 2RQ at its request The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
