BRIGHTON & HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 16th December 2020 made the Orders named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when they come into operation on 4th January 2021 will introduce various changes to the Disabled Badge Holders Parking Places in the parts of the roads identified:-
BRIGHTON & HOVE VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO. 17 2020 (REF: TRO-30A-2020)
New Disabled Badge Holders Parking Places:-
At Any Time: - High Street (Zone C), Chadborn Close (Zone H), Craven Road (Zone I), Ditchling Road (Zone J), Erroll Road & Leicester Villas (Zone L), Brunswick Road (Zone M), Brooker Street, Fourth Avenue, Goldstone Road, St Aubyn's South & The Drive (Zone N), Portland Road & Princes Square (Zone R), Down Terrace & Plumpton Road (Zone S), Hove Park Villas (Zone T), Gladstone Place (Zone V) & Hogarth Road (Zone W)
Removal of Disabled Badge Holders Parking Places:-
26 Scarborough Road (Zone A), 1 White Street (Zone C), 61 Bates Road (Zone F), 75 Hollingbury Road (Zone G), 20 Arundel Street & 32 Maresfield Road (Zone H), 16 The Martlet (Zone O), 36 Stanford Road (Zone Q), 29 Arthur Street, 8 Frith Road, 11 Princes Square & 25 Ruskin Road (Zone R), 44 Bonchurch Road & opposite 15 Cromwell Street (Zone S) & 5 Ranelagh Villas (Zone T)

Some changes to the orders as originally proposed and advertised on 9th October 2020 are as follows:-
Brighton & Hove Various Controlled Parking Zones Consolidation Order 2018 Amendment Order No. 17 2020
Removal of Disabled Parking Bays in Adelaide Crescent (opposite No.4, opposite No.14, outside No.21, opposite No.25, opposite No.34 & Opposite No.36) - These have been withdrawn
Removal of Disabled Parking Bay in Palmeira Square (opposite Nos.2-5, opposite No.22, Opposite 18-28 Palmeria Court & Opposite 1-10 Palmeria Court) - These have been withdrawn
Removal of Disabled Parking Bay in Stirling Place (outside No.11) - This has been withdrawn
BRIGHTON & HOVE OUTER AREAS (WAITING. LOADING AND PARKING) AND CYCLE LANES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.14 2020 REF: TRO-30B-2020) NEW DISABLED BADGE HOLDERS PARKING PLACES:-

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
