LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982, SCHEDULE 3 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE TRANSFER AND RENEWAL OF A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE I, Simon Prescott, of 3N Ltd trading as Nice 'n' Naughty, hereby give notice that on the 15th Day of December 2020 we applied to Warrington Borough Council under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for the renewal of a licence touse the premises at, Unit 2 66 Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1SB as a sex shop. Any person wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing to Licensing Section, Regulation and Protection, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, East Annexe, Sankey Street, Warrington, Cheshire, WA1 1UH, no laterthan the 11th January 2021.
