APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE - LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that The Beer Bouquet Company Ltd. have applied on 3 December 2020 to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for Unit 4119, Safestore Bury, Back Crostons Road, Bury, Greater Manchester BL8 1AF to allow the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours: 00:00 to 23:59 Monday to Sunday including Bank Holidays. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
