Application for a New Premises Licence

Notice is given that T and L Peers Enterprises Limited has applied to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of La Fiesta Restaurant and The Stage Door at 38 Maiden Street, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8BA for regulated entertainment and the sale of alcohol generally between the hours of Monday to Sunday, 1200 - 0200 hrs.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Business Licensing, Weymouth and Portland Borough Council, C/O North Quay Offices, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TA, within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or on https://www.dorsetforyou.com/406629.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
