LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO WIGAN COUNCIL An application for a new premises licence has been made by Hassan Azarkish for the premises situated at Cactus Pizza, 19 Market Street, Atherton M46 0DW. The application seeks to apply for the provision of Late Night Refreshment on: Sunday-Thursday 23:00-00:30 Friday-Saturday 23:00-2:30 The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council's website www.wigan.gov.uk. Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 31st December 2020. All representations must be made in writing by the above date.
