NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: 70-72 Chase Side, London, N14 5PH
I give notice that Connaught Enterprises Ltd is applying to Enfield Council for planning permission for: Construction of 9 residential units [7x2 bed and 2x1 bed) involving demolition of part of existing building at rear and erection of a part single, part 4-storey rear extension incorporating a lower ground floor parking area, balconies and sun terraces at first, second and third floor and a second and part third floor extension to existing building with balcony / terrace to third
Any owner* of the land or tenant" who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Council at Enfield Planning Department, PO Box 53, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EN1 3XE by 15/01/2021.
* 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years, or, in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).
"'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
