IN THE ESTATE OF RAYMOND JOHN ELLIS DECEASED Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of RAYMOND JOHN ELLIS late of 32 Ditton Court Road Westcliff on Sea, in the County of Essex SS0 7HG who died on 26th day of December 2019 and in respect of whose Estate Probate was granted to Sally Mary Ellis and Sasha Rebecca Heather the Executors therein named on the 25th October 2020 is required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before the 23rd day of February 2021 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims of which they have notice.
