Application for a variation to a premises licence

;LICENSING ACT 2003 An application for a variation to a premises licence has been submitted by Island Sailing Club for premises situated at 70 High Street, Cowes, PO31 7RD. The proposed variation is to: 1.Update the plan attached to the licence 2.Amend the operating schedule following exemptions given for entertainment under the Live Music Act 2012 and remove entertainment of a similar description as this is not needed 3.To clarify the Non Standard Timings currently permitted for all activities 4.Commence the sale of alcohol from 11am on Sundays 5.Remove all the conditions in Annex 2 of the licence and replace with those detailed in the application Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plan and other documents submitted between 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm Fridays at: Please note that due to current COVID 19 restrictions anyone wishing to view application documentation at the Council offices as per above will need to call 01983 823159 to book an appointment to do so.
