1 and 2) NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF A LICENCE

Petty Sessions District of Fermanagh

TAKE NOTICE that I, Xiuyun Lin of

64a Belmore Street, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh, intend at the Magistrates' Court sitting at the Courthouse, Enniskillen on 21 December 2020, at 10.00 a.m. to apply for the transfer to me of a licence at present held by Tu Ping Jiang of 64a Belmore Street, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh for the premises situate at 29 Belmore Street, Enniskillen being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article:-

5(1 )(e) i.e., premises (other than those referred to in Article 5(1)(a) of the Order) structurally adapted and used, or intended to be used, for the purpose of providing persons frequenting the premises with a main table meal at midday or in the evening, or both;

I shall be the owner of the business carried on under the licence.

The owner of the premises shall be Xiuyun Lin.

The Licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.

(iii) The Clerk, Fermanagh Omagh District Council at Townhall, Enniskillen, being the District Council for the district in which the premises are situated.



NOTE: Any person owning, or residing or carrying on business in, premises in the vicinity of the premises for which the transfer of the licence is sought who intends to object to the transfer must, in accordance with paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 of the said Order, serve notice of his intention to object upon the applicant and the Chief Clerk not less than one week before the 4th February 2019 briefly stating his grounds for objection. The grounds of objection are such as are specified in Article 22(6) of the Order
