Notice is given that Patisserie Mark Bennett Limited has applied to Borough of Poole Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The Licensable activities are: The Sale of Alcohol by retail Sun - Sat 07:30 to 00:00 New Year's Eve 10:00 hours to 01:30 hours New Year's Day, Recorded Music Sun - Sat 08:00 to 00:00 New Year's Eve 10:00 hours to 01:30 hours New Year's Day, Late Night Refreshment Sun-Sat 23:00 to 00:00 New Year's Eve 23:00 hours to 01:30 hours New Year's Day
