PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Francine Audrey Mackenzie late of 61/63 Meadow Lane Cononley who died on the 17th day of July, 2020, and whose will was proved the Principal Probate registry on the 16th day of November, 2020, by Christopher Charles Jackson and Leslie Ian Mackenzie the Executors named in the said will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned the solicitors for the said Executors on or before the 11th day of February 2021, after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall have had notice.
