Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Outwood Common Road, Billericay In the Borough of Basildon, between the junction of Break Egg Hill to the entrance of Ramsden Hall Academy approximately 400 metres.
The closure Is scheduled to commence on 07/12/2020 to 11/12/2020 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure Is required for the safety of the public and workforce while foul drainage including new Inspection chamber, relating to a section 50 licence S50-1512 are undertaken. The alternative route will be via Norsey Road, Jacksons Lane, Meadow Rise, Hillway and vice versa.
The Order will come Into effect on 07/12/2020 and may continue In force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(A127 Southend Arterial Road, Dunton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of A127 Southend Arterial Road, Dunton in the Borough of Basildon, from the junction with the offslip to West Mayne to the junction with the onslip from West Mayne for a distance approximately 61 Om in both directions. The closure Is scheduled to commence on 11th January 2021 for 12 nights (21:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (WY001NSA25395 - Fulcrum Pipelines Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure Is required for the safety of the public and workforce while directional drilling for new gas pipe Is undertaken by Fulcrum Pipelines Limited. An alternative route Is available via Southend Arterial Road, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road from A127 To West Mayne Westbound, West Mayne Roundabout, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road from West Mayne To A127 and vice versa. The Order will come Into effect on 10th December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever Is the earlier.

(Barling Road, Barling Magna) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barling Road,Barling Magna in the To temporarily close that length of Barling Road, Barling Magna in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 190m northeast of its junction with Barrow Hall Road for a distance of approximately 35m In a northeasterly direction. (Broadmayne, Basildon) (Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in that length of Broadmayne, Basildon in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 120m west of its junction with Broadmayne Roundabout to its junction with Mopsies Roundabout a distance of approximately 290m. The temporary speed limit is scheduled to commence on 4th January 2021 for 54 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000996091 -Cadent). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Elizabeth Way, Laindon in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 55m south of its junction with Begonia Drive for a distance of approximately 65m in a southeasterly then southerly direction.
