Alternative routes: via Messines Road - Passchendaele Road - Cambrai Road - Churchill Avenue - Salisbury Road - A3028 Double Hedges and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 07 December 2020 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 08 February 2021. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Semley Common (Part), Sedgehill and Semley; from its junction with Tokes Lane to its junction with C43 to enable Tarmac to carry out carriageway resurfacing, road markings and adjustment of iron works. Alternative route: via C43 - C296 - Tokes Lane and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 16 July 2020 will now recommence on 11 December 2020 and the closure will be required week days between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 until 14 December 2020. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions.
