Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is given that Darren Shaw has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of Haselbury Spirit Ltd, Bryony cottage, Winsham, Chard, Somerset for the sale of alcohol generally between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday for off premises internet sales only. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations by e-mailing: licensingteamb@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk or writing to, Licensing, Dorset Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected by contacting the licensing Section during normal office hours or on https://www.dorsetforyou.com/406629. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
