On the following terms: Playing Recorded Music and Sale of Alcohol on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
