Premises Licence Application

Notice is hereby given the Rachel Kathleen Machperson Marks Church Farm, The Farm Shop Fulmer, Windmill Road, Fulmer, SL3 6HD has applied to South Buckinghamshire Council for the grant of a new premises licence in respect of Church Farm, The Farm Shop Fulmer, Windmill Road, Fulmer, SL3 6HD. The licensable activates proposed are for the sale of alcohol on and off the premises Monday to Sunday from 8:00 to 20:00.

Your representation must be received by 8th December 2020 and should clearly state the grounds upon which the representations are made. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The maximum fine for the offence is £5,000.
