Re EVELYN MARY WILSON Deceased PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Evelyn Mary Wilson late of 4 Moor Park Drive, Addingham, LS29 0PT who died on the 1st day of May 2020 and whose Will was proved in the Newcastle District Probate Registry on the 15th day of October 2020 by Christopher Charles Jackson, the administrator of the said Estate is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Administrator on or before the 31st day of January 2021 after which date the Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
