Expressions of Interest in tendering for a grounds maintenance contract in Oxfordshire and the surrounding districts.

Soha Housing Ltd is a Registered Provider managing approximately 6,000 social rented and leasehold domestic homes in Oxfordshire and the surrounding districts. We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Contractors for the provision of a grounds maintenance service which includes the cut and collection of grassed areas and maintenance of planted areas, borders, trees, hedges and hard landscaping, leaf and litter collection and snow and ice clearance including gritting on Soha's estates and older person sheltered schemes.

The contract is for the provision of this work for a term of 3 years extendable at Soha's sole discretion for up to a further 2 years.

The contract value is likely to be approximately £540,000 to £840,000 excluding VAT over the initial 3 year term.
