Mr Robert Tincknell is applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for Discount Food Stores, Unit 2, Milford Trading Estate, Blakey Road, Salisbury, SP1 2EW. The Licence, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place: Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, (insert address of relevant Wiltshire Council Office covering the area in which the premises to be licensed are situated). Representation may be made up to 28 days from the date of this Notice. A Copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Bourne Hill, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 3UZ. The application can be viewed by prior appointment. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale. Dated: 24th of November 2020
