Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 27, East Donyland in the Borough of Colchester, from the eastern end of Rowhedge Wharf River Wall, south east for approximately 30 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30/11/2020 to 18/12/2020 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to remove a set of timber steps and construction of a ramp are undertaken by Bloor Homes.
The alternative route will be via Waterfront Promenade and vice versa.
The Order will come info effect on 30/11/2020 and may continue in force for 6 months
or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Footpath 132, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 132, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Nicholsons Grove, south to its junction with Footpath 133 (Childwell Alley).
The closure is scheduled to commence on 30/11/2020 to 11/12/2020 between the hours of 09:30 AM to 15:30 PM or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safely of the public and workforce while surface water alleviation and resurfacing works are undertaken. The alternative route will be via Footpath 133 (Childwell Alley) to Brook Street, north to East Hill then south west down Rosebery Hill to reach Nicholsons Grove and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 30/11/2020 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chapel Lane, Thorrington in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a southwesterly direction. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Priory Road, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 275m south of its junction with West End Road for a distance of approximately 140m in a southerly direction. (Various Roads, District of Tendring) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.10) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Tendring as specified in the schedule.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 3rd December 2020, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
