Mr Niyazi Isitmen is applying for the variation of Premises Licence No: LN/003330 at The Pippin Car Park, Calne, Wiltshire.

The variation, if granted, is to increase the licensable hours for late night refreshment as follows:
Sunday to Thursday nights until 01:00hrs (the following morning) Friday and Saturday nights until 03:00hrs (the following morning)

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 fine on the standard scale.
