The application is for: Sale of Alcohol and regulated entertainment. Three days of events including Theatre, Music, Family entertainment and Film from 15th to 17th July 2016. Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 22nd June 2016; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants’ comments will be taken into account in determining the application.
