ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Creswell Road, Twickenham
(Reference 20/155)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate reinstatement works following a pipe burst, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Creswell Road, Eleanor Grove, Amyand Park Road footbridge, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Creswell Road from a point outside No. 10 Creswell Road to a point outside No. 18 Creswell Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 30 November 2020. The restrictions will be in force between 08.00 and 18.00 on 30 November only and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Richmond Road, Cambridge Road and Denton Road. The one way working in Creswell Road and Denton Road will be suspended for the duration of the works.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Parking Susoension Eleanor Grove, Barnes

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate building works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Eleanor Grove, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the 3 parking spaces outside Nos. 8-12 Eleanor Grove.
3. The order will come into effect on 30 November 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 30 November 2020 until 28 March 2021 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a drainage connection, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Oldfield Road, Hampton.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Oldfield Road from a point outside No. 51 a to a point outside No. 37 Oldfield Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 30 November 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 30 November until 21 December 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Station Road and Oldfield Road..
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

Temporary Footbeidge Closure Amyand Park Road Railway Footbridge

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate footbridge repairs, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary closure of Amyand Park Road Railway footbridge.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall proceed over the railway footbridge in Amyand Park Road which links Amyand Park Road and Drummond Place.
3. The order will come into effect on 1 December 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 1 December 2020 until 31 December 2020 and whilst signs/cones are in place.
The order will remain in force for a period of 6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for anyone affected by the closure will be available via St Maegarets Road.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any person requiring access in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any person requiring access for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
