Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate* Take notice that on 20th August 2014 I/we.Mr Aaron Mellor of TOKYO Industries (Lincoln York Hull) Limited made application to the City of York Council for the variation of a Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate*?at the following premises 3-5 Toft Green, York, YO1 6JT. The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Section (Tel: 01904 552512) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Services, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS. Representations must be received by no later than 17th August 2014, being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. Summary of Proposed Variation(s)/Conditions Amendment of Licensed plan Addition of effective time to recently varied embedded conditions to read as follows Annex 2 10 - Licensable activity shall be restricted to the building only as per submitted plan. There shall be no externallicensable activity after 11pm 17 – Access to the smoking area will be via the main entrance door only after 11pm nightly 20 – During the provision of regulated entertainment the emergency exit doors in the centre of the Toft Green façade leading from the Café Bar shall be kept shut from 11pm nightly. Annex 3 9 – There will be no seating in the smoking area after 11pm 11 – Remove condition – Duplicated in point 10 of annex 2 12 – Remove condition – this relates to previous side smoking area no longer in use. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the variation of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
