The application is for: Sale of Alcohol: Distrubution of Alcohol from internet and telephone sales for consumption off premises. Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 22/6/16; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment.
