Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that I Claudiu Cristinel Stuparu have made an application on 20th November 2020 to Warrington Borough Council to Grant a Premises Licence at Carlton Coffee & Bistro, 13 Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1XG. The application is for the provision of Late Night Refreshment (Indoors) and the Sale of Alcohol (On & off Sales). Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 18th December 2020 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
