Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to:

than 18 days starting on the day after the day the article is published.

The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale
