NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Garden 4 Seasons Ltd, Moss End Garden Village, Maidenhead Road Warfield, Bracknell RG42 6EJ
Notice is given that Bruce Cunningham has applied to Bracknell Forest Borough Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed licensable activities are:
Selling of Alcohol in the Garden Centre shop within the normal operational hours of Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
