LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE Notice is hereby given I Kevin Turnbull of 36 Bebington Road New Ferry Wirral have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as The Bull Dog of 36 Bebington Road New Ferry Wirral for the following licensable activities. Nature of Licensable Activity Days and Hours Requested Public house Monday to Sunday 09.00 t0 23.30 A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority Town Hall Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in request of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority Town Hall Brighton Street Wallasey no later than 19th December. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
