Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 We Lugo Rock give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Lugo Rock Bed and Breakfast, 59 Melvill Road, Falmouth, Cornwall, TR11 4DF. The application is to: Sale of alcohol on and off the premises Alcohol restricted to residents and their bona fide guests. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 15 December, 2020. Details of the application are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching 'List of current premises licence applications'. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234 212. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
