Re FLORENCE NANCIE COLLING deceased PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Florence Nancie Colling late of Manor House, Fore Street, Seaton, Devon EX12 2AD who died on 1st July 2020 and grant of probate to whose estate was granted on 13th October 2020 out of the Brighton District Probate Registry of the Family Division of the High Court to Keith Bashford and Sarah Louise Grant ('the Executors') are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors whose address is Sarah Grant Solicitors, 1a South Terrace, South Street, Dorchester DT1 1DE on or before 24th January 2021 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice
