Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 The Beer Man (South West Limited) give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence Certificate in respect of Unit G, Fiveways Workshops, Ponsanooth, TR3 7JQ. The application is to: the supply of alcohol off the premises via home delivery only Monday to Friday 10:00 18:00. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Chy Trevail, Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin, PL31 2FR or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 18/12/2020. A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. NB during the Covid-19 pandemic, please email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk to make alternative arrangements to view the application. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
