I give notice that Homes England and Network Rail Infrastructure Limited are applying to the City of York Council for a non-material amendment application in relation to Conditions 1, 6, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 28, 31, 37, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 54, 55, 56, 57, 60, 61, 62, 63 and 69 on Outline Planning Permission Ref: 18/01884/OUTM. Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representation about this application should write to Council at City of York Council, West Offices, Station Rise, York, Y01 6GA by 8 December 2020. *"owner" means a person having a freehold interest in the land **"tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
