This is to inform all concerned that my daughter Arya Sajad is changing her name to Arya Sajad Sheikh. If any person has any objection to this change please inform us within 7 days of this notification. The surname ' Sheikh' was erroneously omitted in her previous passport (Indian) bearing number M3124563 the first time she applied for it, and to correct the issue we are applying for renewal of her Indian passport with the change in her name at this time to show her correct name as Arya Sajad Sheikh
