ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 18th November 2020 made the Orders named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when they come into operation on 14th December 2020 will introduce various changes to the waiting or parking restrictions in part or parts of the roads identified:

ARTICLE AMENDMENTS:
PART 3 - PARKING PLACES:- Changing the article to allow Disabled Person's Badge Holders to park in permit parking places within light touch parking schemes.
