Buckland Newton Hire LTD, trading as Buckland Newton Hire LTD, of Court Farm, Buckland Newton, Dorchester, Dorset DT2 7BT is Applying to change an existing license as follows: To keep an extra 1 goods vehicles and 0 trailers at the operating centre at Court Farm, Buckland Newton, Dorchester, Dorset, DT2 7BT. To remove the following conditions or undertakings which reads: 8). (e) There shall be no more than two movements into and two movements out of, per week (defined as 00:01 on Sunday to 23:59 on Saturday) of vehicles authorised under this Licence the operating centre outside of these hours and days:- 07:30 to 18:30 Monday to Friday. 07:30 to 12:30 Saturday with no such movements on Sundays or Bank/ Public Holidays. A written record of the dates, times and registration marks of all vehicles authorised under this Licence moving outside of those hours and days shall be kept by the Operator for at least six (6) years. And which applies to the operating centre at: Court Farm, Buckland Newton, Dorchester, Dorset DT2 7BT. Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s), who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds LS9 6NF, stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
