PUBLIC NOTICE
Clearstone Energy Ltd, are proposing the development of a solar photovoltaic farm on land at Chosley Farm, North Warnborough. It will have the capacity to generate enough electricity to support over 13000 homes and reduce CO2 emissions by around 20,000 tonnes  a year.
