A full planning application (Ref: P13/V2733/FUL) for the 'demolition of existing buildings and erection of mixed use development including supermarket, other retail, financial and professional services, restaurants and cafes, shop mobility unit, offices, hotel, student accommodation, 33no. apartments, replacement vicarage, library and place of worship (Baptist Church), health centre, cinema, gymnasium, covered parking, access, public square, and landscaping' was submitted to the Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon-on-Thames, OX14 3JE on 20th December 2013 by the applicant Doric Properties Limited
An Environmental Statement was prepared by RPS Group Ltd to accompany the application and submitted to the Vale of White Horse District Council on 2nd June 2014. Subsequent to this, the applicant wishes to submit additional information in respect of the Environmental Statement, which is referred to as 'further information' pursuant to Regulation 22 of the EIA Regulations.
A copy of this further information, in the form of an Environmental Statement Addendum, will be submitted to the Vale of White Horse District Council on Friday 5th September 2014 and available to view from Monday 8th to 29th September at the following locations:
1) Offices of Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon-on-Thames, OX14 3JE during normal office hours
2) Botley Library, Elms Court, Botley, OX2 9LP during normal opening hours
3) Online at http://www.whitehorsedc.gov.uk
Hard copies of the Environmental Statement Addendum can be purchased at a cost of £100 or on CD Rom for a cost of £5 (all costs exclude postage and packaging) from the address below:
