PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of ALAN DOBSON late of 9 Hanover Street, Farnhill, Keighley, who died on the 25th of April, 2020, and whose will was proven at the Newcastle District Probate, registry on the 1st of November, 2020, by Jacqueline May Towler and Jennifer Elizabeth Garside the Executors named in the said will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned the solicitors for the said Executors on or before the 8th of February 2021, after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall have had notice.
