LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE CERTIFICATE TAKE NOTICE that we; COBBYDALE HOSPITALITY Ltd Have applied to Craven District Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as; THE OLD BANK, MAIN STREET, CROSS HILLS, BD20 8TB FOR; The provision of late night refreshment on and off the premises when required for seasonal variations The sale by retail of alcohol on and off the premises from 11:00 to 23:00 and for seasonal variations Hours when the Premises are open to the public Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 23:00 and seasonal variations. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ BY WEDNESDAY 9th DECEMBER 2020 Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.
