(King Henrys Drive, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily close that length of King Henrys Drive, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Southend Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th December 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2305415 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Southend Road, Anne Boleyn Drive, Sutton Court Drive, King Henrys Drive and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 26th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Letzen Road, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily close that length of Letzen Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 60m west of its junction with Thelma Avenue for a distance of approximately 30m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th December 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7031000974166 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Thelma Avenue, Delfzul Road, Sydervelt Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Ravenswood Chase, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ravenswood Chase, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Southend Road to its junction with Sutton Court Drive a distance of approximately 145m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th December 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2305419 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Sutton Court Drive, Queensland Avenue, Southend Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Wash Road, Noak Bridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wash Road, Noak Bridge in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Noak Hill Road to the junction with Pound Lane North a distance of approximately 115m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th December 2020 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30080250664 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Noak Hill Road, Noak Hill Road Roundabout, South Wash Road. The Order will come into effect on 26th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Canvey Way, Bowers Gifford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older:
1. To temporarily close that length of Canvey Way, Bowers Gifford in the Borough of Basildon, from its eastbound entry slip (only) with Sadlers Farm Roundabout to the end of its onslip with A130 Canvey Way for a distance of approximately 765m in a northeasterly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 40mph speed limit in that length of Canvey Way, Bowers Gifford in the Borough of Basildon, from its eastbound entry slip (only) with Sadlers Farm Roundabout to the end of its onslip with A130 Canvey Way for a distance approximately 765m in a northeasterly direction.
The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 23rd November 2020 for 12 nights (21:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231004604 - Balfour Beatty & Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge bearing refurbishment works are undertaken by Balfour Beatty & Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Canvey Way, Sadlers Farm Roundabout, London Road, Pitsea Bypass, A13 Jnderpass, Broadway Link Roundabout, Church Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 12th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Cheltenham Drive, Thundersley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily close that length of Cheltenham Drive, Thundersley in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Sandown Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd November 2020 for 28 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP2012297371 A- Essex County Council).The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Cheltenham Drive, Lewes Way, Common Lane, Sandown Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 19th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Marcos Road, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Marcos Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 320m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd November 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2305722 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage investigation works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Marcos Road, Crescent Road, Maurice Road, High Street and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 19th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(St Michaels Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily close that length of St Michaels Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from both of its junctions with Bramble Road to its junction with A127 Arterial Road a distance of approximately 750m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th November 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231004663 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while street cleansing wonts are undertaken by Castle Point Borough Council. An alternative route is available via A127 Arterial Road, Rayleigh Weir Slip Road From A127 To A129 Westbound, Rayleigh Road, Daws Heath Road, Bramble Road. The Order came into effect on 12th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
