THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that I, Graham Anthony Sheldon, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as SHELDON'S NEWSAGENTS, 23 COMMERCIAL STREET, WILLINGTON, CROOK, CO DURHAM, DL15 0AD for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activity: - Sale by retail of alcohol (off sales) from 06:00 23:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive. Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made via email to licensing@durham.gov.uk and received by 7TH DECEMBER 2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
