LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT TJX UK has applied to Brighton & Hove City Council on 11th November 2020 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Homesense, Units 1 & 3 The Quadrant, Brighton, BN1 3GJ for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises only, on Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:30 to 17:00 and non-standard timings Of 08:00 to 22:00 from 1 November to 31 December and up to 5 times a year for friends and family, as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 UP to be received by no later than 9th December 2020 stating the grounds for making said representation.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
